The backyard is common to all - while it’s fenced in… all tenants are allowed to use the backyard. I was expecting them or one of them to post bond and get their stuff out. Apparently, the Judge revoked the bond, they had too many priors. It wasn’t until after all their stuff were put in the storage and another couple with twins moved in when I found out what their “priors were”. Incident exposure everywhere!
